Teresa Wilke serves as an active grant reviewer for agencies like the U.S. Department of Education, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), Office of Rural Health Policy and Bureau of Maternal Child Health. Before launching her consulting career, she worked as a federal employee focused on media relations, communication strategies and event logistics in the Clinton Administration, including service in the White House, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Environmental Protection Agency and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. She earned an M.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis, a post-graduate certificate in Program Monitoring and Evaluation from American University (Washington, DC), and certification as a Community Health Worker (CHW) and Board Certified Patient Advocate (BCPA).
